My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious with unique character, but the air conditioner didn't work well, and the color schemes were a bit mismatched. The service was pleasant and friendly, with helpful staff throughout the hotel. The location was excellent, right in the Historic Docks area. The dining experience was average, and the breakfast was a letdown, but the hotel had some lovely views. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and overlooked Albert Dock, which was a nice view to wake up to, but it would have been better with air conditioning and a fridge. However, the distance from the car park was a bit inconvenient. The service was a bit of a letdown with obnoxious behavior, but Marie at reception was lovely and made our weekend stay enjoyable. The location was great for culture buffs and Beatles fans, although it could have used some A/C as it was very hot. The hotel itself is beautifully remodeled but lacked some amenities, and the dining experience, though adequate, was a bit repetitive. Despite its flaws, the hotel was still central to many attractions and had excellent parking nearby.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, despite our initial requests not being met. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from the Albert Dock area and close to great eateries. Dining options were varied, although improvements could be made. Overall, a wonderful value for money experience.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great view of Albert Dock, which added to the overall comfort. However, the downside was the noise from the Beatles museum on a bank holiday Monday morning, which disrupted the tranquility. The service was polite and helpful, but there were some issues with the coffee machines due to high guest numbers. The location was superb for exploring Liverpool and its attractions, especially the Beatles Museum, although it was noisy due to the proximity to the docks. The dining options were good quality with a variety available, but the lack of hot vegetarian choices was noted. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

Staying in this hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were recently renovated, making them spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, some areas felt dusty, cold, and damp, especially above the restaurant. The location was perfect, right on the Albert Dock, offering easy access to various tourist attractions and restaurants in Liverpool. The dining experience, though showing some shortcomings in terms of service speed and vegan options, was still considered good value for money. The facilities were satisfactory, enhancing the overall stay.

The hotel showcases the wonderful architecture of Albert Dock in its spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms, but the view may be hindered by outside scaffolding.
